APOLOGY LETTER
Dear Window Wizard, Recently I looked out my windows and realized that they were horribly dirty, both inside and out. I then realized that I had failed to make an appointment with you, because I don't like to pay you $100 JUST TO CLEAN MY WINDOWS!! "What a waste of $100," I thought to myself, as I cringed at the dirt and grime on the glass. So I took matters into my own hands. I filled my cleaning bucket with soapy water, got my window squeegee, a towel to wipe it on, and away I went. I started with the small windows, the 'manageable' ones, and then reluctantly moved on to the bigger and unreachable ones. As I started in on the windows and got the first two cleaned and shined up, I grinned and said out loud, "Well, what am I going to spend $100 on?
